The Inclusive Community Project aims to help people from ethnic minority groups living in the south of Broxtowe Borough integrate more fully into the community they have come to live in.

The project offers various support and activities to suit each individual’s needs. The programmes include English improvement classes, career advice, job skills training, volunteering opportunities, and job application and job interview coaching.

In 2010-2011, we have worked with 72 clients from 32 countries helping them feel more confident, feel positive about themselves, improve their language skills, improve their social life, do some voluntary work, and, for some, move on to paid employment.
