Welcome to Voluntary Action Broxtowe (formerly Volunteer Centre Broxtowe)

The centre was established in 1976 to promote the work of volunteers, originally  in Beeston, Chilwell, Toton, Attenborough and Bramcote.

In 2008, the area covered by the centre has spread to the whole of Broxtowe, and the name has changed to reflect this.

The Centre is an independent charity serving local people and community organisations, and provides a link between voluntary and statutory agencies.

It is the infrastructure provider for community and voluntary sector groups in Broxtowe.

Here at the Beeston office, we run regular courses including Basic Food Hygiene and First Aid and Lifesaving Skills.

Check out the Training page for details.

You'll find a link to the latest newsletter on the News and Events page.
